All-Purpose flour: 120 grams
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted butter: 100 grams
Powder sugar: 100 grams
Egg: 3
Lemon essence: 4-5 drops
Vanilla essence: 1/2 teaspoon
Milk: 50 ml
Tutty Fruity: 4 teaspoons
Cherry: 7-8
Raisin: 2 teaspoons

Method to make Fruit Cake Recipes: -


First of all, put the induction stove at 200 ° C to heat the pan and also put the stand inside it. (We have to put the cake batter to cook as soon as it is ready, otherwise, the cake will not be good, so keep the pan already warm)

Then take an 8/3 inch cake container and grease it with oil or curd then put a butter paper inside it.

Now sieve the flour, baking powder and salt with a sieve in a bowl and keep it on the side. And take the butter in another bowl.

Then add sugar powder and beat it. If it becomes light gold color then add one egg in it and beat it (do not put whole egg together)

Now add 5 drops of lemon essence and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix it well.

Now add a little maida mixture to it and mix it well.

Then add the rest of the flour and mix it well.

And our batter is made and add the broken fruity, chopped cherries and cream and mix well.

Now put the batter in the container and let it sit lightly in a warm heat and make it evenly on top and garnish it with a little broken fruity.

Then place it inside the pan and leave it to cook for 25-30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, check the cake one by one with a sharp peeler or tooth back, whether the cake is cooked or not. (If the tooth comes out clean, it means that our cake is cooked, otherwise, it should be cooked a little longer)

Then keep the cake for the frosting for a while and then take it out in a plate. Our fruit cake is ready.

For the good taste of the cake, keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
