The particular thing of Sabudana vada recipe is that this recipe is made of sabudana sago, which is very beneficial for our entire family for fasting days.
Those who do not fast, eat too much, and green chutneys make four moons in its flavor. So let's make sure that we have today sabudana vada recipe or sabudana pakoda recipe.
Ingredients
250 grams of sago
2 Potato
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 Water Chestnut flour
Coriander leaves 50 gm
Rock salt as per taste
Oil to fry
2 Green Chilli
Method
To make the (Sago) Sabudana Vada, first of all, soak the sago in water for 3 hours. After 3 hours, when the sago seeds swell properly then they will sieve the water of sago with the help of a sieve. On the other hand, put the potatoes in the pressure cooker to boil. After having 3 whistles, we will turn off the gas and after cooling the potatoes, peel and mash them. After that, peanuts will roast dry in a vessel. After roasting, peel the peanuts. Then after that put puffed sago in a vessel. We will also put mashed potatoes in it. Then chop the green chilies finely. Groundnut, rock salt (according to taste), coriander leaves and chestnut flour mixed together.
Now the mixture is ready to make (Sago) Sabudana Vada. Now we will heat oil on gas in a pan to fry sago pearls. When the oil is well heated, then put one by one big mixture of lemon in it and fry them till they turn golden brown. When the sago becomes large golden brown, then filter it with a sieve and take it out on a napkin. So that its extra oil dries up, you can now serve this (Sago) Sabudana Vada with hot tomato sauce.
