Ujda Chaman Movie Review

Ujda Chaman is basically a remake of Raj B Shetty's Kannada film. Today's thinking, approach, and bias regarding relationship is shown in the film. Everyone is looking for a girl with a different thinking approach as a girlfriend, then husband and bride material have a different search for marriage. In most cases, the security of the future, along with the outer glow and charm, rather than the inner beauty of each other, are being made to scale for marriage relationships. The film explores all these aspects from its characters' journeys.

The film is best in Rajouri Garden area of the capital Delhi. The protagonist Chaman Kohli is going to be 31 years old and is bald. There is a teacher of Hindi in the college. Due to baldness from neighbors in the locality and from his students in college, he continues to be ridiculed repeatedly. There is also a prediction from the family astrologer that if he is not married before 31, he will remain a virgin for life. This is not acceptable to Chaman Kohli's parents. The confidence of Chaman Kohli himself is always shaken. On top of that, there is tremendous pressure from his parents about marriage. After being approached by many girls, a girl named Apsara knocks in the life of Chaman Kohli. Apsara also does not fit so cold in terms of the look created by society because it is fat. The film is about how Finally brings changes in Chaman's life.

The film is directed by Abhishek Pathak, who has been known to produce films till now. This is his debut in direction. In this sense, he has made a good film. The casting of actors and their performances have proved to be very successful in giving an effective message, but the pace of the film is definitely slow. Artists have done their work well.

In the role of Naik Chaman Kohli, Sunny Singh has portrayed the character correctly. The casting of Manvi Gagaru in the role of heroine Akshara is perfect. In a country like India, the film puts the pressure on the young man and the pressure on the young woman in the right way.

Rating  3.5
