250 grams - Mushroom
1 tbsp - ginger and garlic paste
A pinch - Saffron color
1 tbsp - gram flour
1/2 tsp - red chili powder
1/2 spoon - Kitchen King Masala Powder
According to oil requirement
salt to taste
1 tsp - curd
1 Tsp - Chaat Masala
