Malang Movie Review

Disha Patani, Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor and Kunal Khemu's film 'Malang' has a lot of spices like suspense, romance, thriller and action A recipe was made by mixing it, but still this recipe is not able to enjoy it because there is no focus at all on the quality and quantity of the spices. In this way, in 'Malang Review', Starcast, which talks about addiction and fun, can only give an average film. The film's directorial story and treatment are weak and overall the film remains only with the help of big starcast and big director's name.

The story of 'Malang' is of Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani. Both are beautiful, young and want to live life. Disha and Aditya meet in Goa. Both start living life together and fulfill their every fear and hobby. But then something happens that there is a fire in heaven. Romantic Aditya Roy Kapur has changed completely and now it is one night, slaughtered. Then there is the entry of Anil Kapoor and Kunal Khemu who have to control the situation. But while the first part of the film is quite stretching to establish the characters, the second part tries to explain things but still the questions remain unresolved. Talking of direction, Mohit Suri disappoints here. He has given thrillers like 'Ek Villain' earlier, in this case it is his weak film.

If you talk about acting in 'Malang', Aditya Roy Kapur has shown his superb physique and he has also acted well in many scenes. Aditya Roy Kapur has taken a quantum leap in acting. Talking about Disha Patani, his dialogue delivery is very weak, very flat. While acting is also not impressive. But Anil Kapoor has shown once again, he is the uncrowned king of acting and he knows how to win the hearts of fans. Kunal Khemu has done a good job.

Mohit Suri is known for his tremendous chemistry in the lead pair. But in 'Malang', the chemistry of Aditya and Disha is very pale. Direction is also weak. But the music and the locations of the film are fantastic. Mohit Suri's 'Malang' has neither intoxication nor fun.

Rating: 2.5 / 5 Stars
