Ingredients:

Carrot - 01 kg,
Sugar - 250 grams,
Mawa - 250 grams,
Milk- 01 liters,
 Ghee - 02 teaspoons,
Raisins - 01 teaspoons,
Cashew nuts - 01 teaspoons (finely chopped),
Almond - 01 tablespoon,
Green Cardamom - 06 (Peeled Peel)


Method:


For Gajar ka Halwa Recipe, first wash the carrots and wash them thoroughly. After that, grate them.
Now heat a heavy frying pan and fry it on a slow flame. After roasting mawa, remove it in a vessel.

Now put the carrot and milk in the pan and cook it while running. When milk is half done, add sugar in it and cook it until it starts drying.
