Ingredient :

Peanuts- one cup
garlic -7 to 8 buds
green chilli-2 to 3 (finely chopped)
ginger-half teaspoon (griddle)
 mustard-1 tsp
curry leaves- four to five
salt-flavored
oil-two Three Tsp
lemon juice -1 / 2 tsp
fresh curd - 3/4 cup
whole red chilli - 1 or 2
water - according to need



Method :

Roast ground peanut on a low flame for one minute and keep aside for cooling.

Remove the peanut peel after cooling. Then in a mixer jar, peanuts, garlic, ginger,

Add green chilli, curd and water and grind it fine and keep it out in a bowl.
