Ingredients For Kathal Korma Recipe -

Jackfruit - 250g (cut into square pieces peel)
Onion - 2 (finely chop)
Green Chilly - 2 -3 (finely chop)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tablespoons
Curd - half cup
Red Chilly Powder - half a spoon
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - Fourth Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - one and a half spoon
Mustard Oil - Half Cup / As per requirement
Salt - according to the taste
Green coriander leaves - 2 teaspoons (finely chopped) to garnish
Cumin seeds - half a spoon
Bay Leaf - 1
Black Pepper - 2
Cloves - 1
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Green Cardamom - 2
Black Cardamom - 1



How To Make Kathal Korma Recipe


To make the jackfruit korma first wash the jackfruit pieces with clean water and remove it in a clean plate, then put oil in a pan and put it on the gas to heat. When the oil is well heated, put the pieces of jackpot cut into hot oil and fry them on a medium plate and fry it until golden brown with the help of cloves on medium flame.

Now we will prepare a gravy for the Kathal korma and make the gravy, add all the whole spices in the remaining oil and fry it with the help of a Spoon; Now add the chopped onion and green chillies to the roasted spices till it gets pink After frying onion, add ginger and garlic paste in it and mix it well and fry all the spices thoroughly. Now reduce the flame of the gas and mix the already finely chopped jackfruit pieces and yogurt in all frying spices and mix it well with the help of raw.

When the curd is completely mixed in the Masala, add all dry spices such as turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder and fry well for 1 minute. When the spices start to drop from the edges of curd, add 1 / 1.5 cup of water and salt (add water according to the thickness of the gravy as you want it to be diluted) and mix well with the help of cloves, slow the gas flame Cover the kadhai with a lid / plate and let it cook for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame so that the spices can be well mixed in the jackfruit. Now, once again, remove the lid from the curd and check the curry, now the jackfruit is cooked, so turn off the gas and remove the jackfruit korma in the serving bowl and garnish with chopped green coriander and heat it in hot dinners and lunches.
