Ingredients:

Potato (Aloo) - 500 gms,
Tomato Ketchup - 02 tablespoons,
Garam masala powder - 01 teaspoon,
Red Chili paste - 02 teaspoons,
Garlic paste - 02 teaspoons,
Oil - 02 teaspoons,
Green coriander leaves - 1/2 teaspoon,
Salt- according to taste


Method of making tandoori Aloo:

Small size potatoes (Aloo) are better for Tandoori Aloo Recipe. If there are no small potatoes, then work can also be done from the medium-sized potatoes.
First, wash the potatoes and cook in the tandoor. If there is no tandoor in the house, then boil them by putting them in water.

After cooking/boiling in the tandoor, cool the potatoes and peel them. If you have used large potatoes, cut them from the middle to two pieces. If they are small, then leave it like this.

Now heat it by adding oil to a pan. When the oil is hot, add garlic paste, red chili paste, and garam masala and fry them lightly.

After that add potatoes, tomato ketchup, and salt and fry them. When the spices are well planted on the potatoes, then stop the flame.
