Dear friends, today we learn how to make chikoo Ice Cream Recipe in Home with Easy Method. Ice Cream loves every one Child to adults all likes this and it's very good in hotter season.


Ingredients


Chikoo - 2 Pcs
Sugar powder - 4 Tspoon
Corn flour - 1 Tspoon
Gelatin - 1 Tspoon
Fresh cream 1/2 Cup
Milk - 1 Ltr

How to Make Chikoo Ice Cream Recipe


Take out a ¼ cup of milk and pour remaining milk in a non-stick pan and keep it on the gas. After that reduce the flame and boil for 20 mins while stirring with a spoon. Now turn off the gas and let it cool.

Now In  ¼ cup milk add corn flour and mix.

In milk add corn flour mixed milk, keep it on the gas and boil for 5 mins while stirring with a spoon then turn off the gas.

After that In some water add gelatin and keep it on the gas and heat it till gelatin dissolves completely.

Now mix gelatin mixture in milk mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hrs.

In a bowl add sugar, cream and whip it well.

Now take out milk mixture from refrigerator and grind it. Now add whipped cream, chikoo pieces and mix well. Pour this mixture in a container and keep it in the refrigerator till ice cream freezes. Chikoo Ice Cream is ready.
