To deal with the disaster of Coronavirus, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has created a fund called PM Cares, through which people with Coronavirus will be helped. In this fund, Akshay Kumar was the first to set an example by donating 25 crores. After this, Bollywood celebrities are constantly giving financial support to this fund. Now actress Shilpa Shetty has also announced help.
Shilpa told via social media that her husband Raj Kundra and she has donated Rs 21 lakhs for PM Cares. Shilpa said every drop in the sea has its importance. Therefore, I appeal for contribution to the PM Cares Fund. Shilpa also wrote with this post - There can be no better exercise for the heart than to help the needy. If you want to help you then nothing less happens. Contribute for a better tomorrow.
Earlier, Varun Dhawan also gave Rs 30 lakh for the PM Cares Fund and Rs 25 lakh for the CM Relief Fund. Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have made secret donations to the PM Cares Fund. Many people, including Rajkummar Rao, Randeep Hooda, are donating to help people through PM funds. TV stars have also come forward to help people. Kapil Sharma and Manish Paul have donated to the PM Fund.
Apart from these, celebrities of South Indian cinema are helping people by collaborating in PM and CM Relief Fund. Artists like Prabhas, Nagarjuna, Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi, Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, and Prakash Raj have announced donations to the PM and CM funds.
