Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan has also supported in the fight against Coronavirus. Actually, Varun Dhawan has announced a total of Rs 55 lakhs. In this amount, he has given Rs 25 lakh to Maharashtra CM Relief Fund and Rs 30 lakh to PM Cares Fund. Varun Dhawan is the second actor to donate to the PM Cares Fund. Earlier, Akshay Kumar had announced Rs 25 crore.

Varun Dhawan wrote on his Twitter handle, I pledge to contribute 25 lakhs to the Maharashtra CM’s relief fund. We are with you, sir. Along with this, he wrote in another tweet, 'I pledge to contribute 30 lakhs to the PM CARE  fund. We will over come this. Desh hai, toh hum hain.'
