Materials Required (Main Ingredients)


Potato - 2-3 medium-sized finely chopped (thin cut potatoes will be cooked quickly)
Onions - 1 small finely chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Heat powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp or as per taste
Mustard oil - 1 big spoon (you can use any oil but we like the mustard oil in this)
Salt - according to taste
Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped (if green chillies are then put red chillies powder then lower)
Coriander leaves - 1 big spoon finely chopped
Amchoor Powder - 1/2 tsp


How to make Aloo Bhujia :


First of all, the potato, a thin long cut onions,Take out all the spices too.

Now take oil in a rigid and heated it. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds in it. When the cumin seeds are cooked, add asafetida in it. Now add chopped potatoes in it, add potatoes and mix well.

For 3-4 minutes, fry the potatoes. When the potatoes are slightly roasted (when brown on the edges of the potato) then add all the dried spices (turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, salt) in it. Now add the spices to 2-3 minutes Cover for
