Malai paneer is the most liked recipe in India because it is ready in very short time and it can be made on any festival.


Ingredient :

  150 gm cottage cheese
  1/4 cup fresh cream
  1/2 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  1 onion finely chopped
  1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  2-3 bud garlic paste
  1 tbspspoon finely chopped coriander
  1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  Half teaspoon turmeric
  1 teaspoon red chili
  1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  2 tablespoon oil
  4 almonds
  4 cashew nuts
  Salt taste


Method:-

First, make a powder by grinding cashews and almonds in a mixer and take it in a bowl and pour 2 tbsps of water and make a paste.

Cut the paneer into a tricolor shape. And heat 2 tablespoons of oil on low flame in a pan. Then add pieces of paneer into it and fry until it becomes golden brown.

Now heat the remaining oil on low flame in the same Pan and add finely chopped onions and fry until light brown.

Now give a fine paste of ginger and garlic paste and roast for one minute.

Now add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and salt and fry for about 20 to 30 seconds.

Now put cashews, almond paste in it and roast for one minute.

Now add half a cup of water and boil the mixture. When the mixture starts boiling, reduce flame and add cheese, garam masala and dry fenugreek leaves.

Now mix this mixture well and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes, after cooking, add one quarter cup fresh cream.

Now after adding the cream, cook for about one minute.

Now after one minute, put your Malai Paneer in the bowl to serve.

Take your Malai Paneer is ready to serve. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it hot.
