Ingredients:

4 cups of milk
3-4 threads of saffron
A pinch of citric acid
2 spoons cornflour, confused with two spoons of milk
¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder
10 teaspoon sweetener
8 almonds, cut

Method :

Heat the milk in a deep pan and boil it until it becomes half thicker. Now put saffron in it and mix it well.
After that add two small spoons of water to citric acid and mix it with thickened milk. After this, put kneaded corn flour in it and let the mixture be a little thin.
After this add cardamom powder and mix it well. Take a pan and heat it with sugar-free natural diet sugar and keep it aside for cooling.
Now add this mixture into eight equal parts and let them shape the Peda.
After this, put almonds on every Peda.
