Ingredients for Milk Cake Recipe


1-liter milk
2 pinch alum (fitkaree)
100gm sugar
2 tbsp ghee


Method for Making Milk Cake Recipe


First of all, put milk in a big pan and keep it to warm.

When it boils, add alum. By adding alum, the milk will become granular.

Then cook till the milk becomes thick while running.

When the milk becomes thick, add sugar to it.

Cook it while stirring.

After cooking 8-10 minutes, add ghee to it.

Cook this mixture while stirring until it becomes thick and its color changes.

When the color of the mixture changes, take it out in a deep-bottomed plate or plate and keep it to cool for 2-3 hours.

After a certain time, cut the milk cake into the desired shape.
