Ingredients for Besan ki Bharwan Mirch
Thick Green Chili - 4/10
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Mango powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel (grinded) - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - a pinch
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Celery - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 3/4 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
How to Make Besan ki Bharwan Mirch
Wash the mirchi with water, wipe it with a cloth so that their water dries well.
Make an incision in the chili lengthwise in between. The incision should be on one side so that the chilli is filled with gram flour Could.
Add oil and gram flour in a fry pan , mix well, salt, mango powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, fennel, and cook the gram flour till it turns golden brown.
Fill this gram flour mixture with chilli. To fill the gram flour filling in chilli, fill the gram flour well in the chilli with the same cut made in the chili.
Heat 3 large tablespoons oil in a pan on medium heat. When the oil is hot, add celery in it and as soon as the color of celery changes, add gram flour filled chilli, stir and lightly cook it and cook on low flame.
Cook until the peppers are golden brown.
