Ingredients :

Rice- 01 Bowl (baked),
Milk- 01 liters,
Sugar- 50 grams,
Custard Powder- 01 teaspoons,
Pistachios - For decoration,
Almond- for decoration.


Method:

For Rice Rasmalai Recipe, first grind the baked rice on a cob. After this, put the milk in Kadhai on the gas and keep the milk boiling. As long as milk is being cooked, take a little water in a bowl and then paste the custard powder in it.

When the milk comes to boil, add custard powder to the milk in the milk. After this, boil milk for 5 minutes, then put sugar in milk and cook it while running.

When the milk is thickened, put the small chunks of grind rice in it. Also, keep milk running with light hands, otherwise the milk will grow in the bottom of Kadhai. When driving milk, keep in mind that the chunks do not break.

Turn off the gas when the milk is thick and allow it to cool. When the milk is in normal temperature, keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
