You can make Mumbai's famous Tawa Pulao even easier at home. This Tawa Pulao, made with many vegetables and Pav Bhaji, has the taste of a very special one.


Ingredients:


Rice - 1/2 cups
Oil or butter - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped onion - 1/4 cup
Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 1/3 chopped
Pav bhaji masala- 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Capsicum - 1/4 cup chopped
Seasonal vegetables (Potatoes, Carrots, Beans, Peas) - 3/4 cups
Green coriander - finely chopped
Salt as per taste

Method :


Wash rice and cook it well. 
Cut all the vegetables and boil them lightly. 
Now heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds to it and fry it. 
Now add onion and make it golden brown. 
Then add ginger-garlic paste to it and fry it. 
Then add tomatoes and salt and cook till it becomes soft. 
Now put all boiled vegetables in it. 
Add pav bhaji masala from above and add water and cook for a little longer. The amount of water should not be too high. 
Now add rice and add finely chopped green coriander and serve it.
