Bread Bhajiya recipe is an easy and super crispy bhajiyas that is made with leftover bread, veggies and Indian spices is a great accompaniment with tea.
These tasty Bread Bhajiya, made with a spicy batter of besan, crumbled bread, onions, green chillies, etc., is superb for Evening Tea Snacks, especially on wet monsoon days.
Ingredients for Bread Bhajiya
5 bread slices
Fresh curd - 1/2 cup
Gram flour - 3/4 cup
Green chili paste - 1 tsp
Coriander
Salt to taste
Method for Making Bread Bhajiya
Cut the edges of all the bread slices with a knife. Then break the bread into small pieces. Then put bread and all ingredients in a mixing bowl, add water in a quarter and make a thick batter by mixing it well.
Then heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai. When the oil gets hot, put a batter of bread in a pan and deep fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Then take it out in a serving plate fitted with paper naping and serve with the desired chutney.
