This Broccoli soup is one of our favorite quick weeknight meals! There’s just something amazing about a hearty bowl of soup in your belly to warm you from the inside out.. and even better when it takes just minutes to make!
You can enjoy the soup at any time and the broccoli soup is very tasty and also very beneficial. You will know its quick recipe.
Ingredients for Broccoli Soup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup spring onion finely chopped
1 potato
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
4 cups water
1 cup of broccoli finely crushed
2 cups of boiled peas
20 grams of butter
2 Slices cheddar cheese
2 multigrain bread slices
Method how to make Broccoli Soup
Add olive oil to the saucepan and heat it.
Now add onion, spring onion, potato and garlic and stir for five minutes.
Add water to it. Now add broccoli and zucchini peas and stir for about 10 minutes.
Let it cool. When it cools down completely, blend it with a hand blender.
Cut and fry the bread. Use it as crutons on the soup.
