Corn - 2
Potato - 2 (boiled)
Bread 4
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Mint leaves - finely chopped
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Method for Making Corn Kebabs - Bhutta Kabab
To make the corn kebab, firstly put the coarsely ground corn in a bowl.
Now peel boiled potatoes and grind them finely with a hand.
Break the bread too finely by hand and pour it into the mixture.
Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli, mint leaves.
After this material, now you add salt and all the spices written in the above ingredients and mix them well by hand.
You do not need to pour water separately to make the mixture, it will mix easily.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Kebabs are made by applying on learning. Apply the kebab mixture well to the learner.
Now after applying the mixture, apply butter to it with a brush.
