1 cup milk
2 cups soaked almonds
Half teaspoon saffron
1 cup ghee

It is very easy to make almond pudding. For this, soak almonds in warm water and leave them for one hour. Then peel the almonds and grind them. After this, add milk sugar and saffron and beat it.
Take a pan and add ghee to it. Heat it on high heat. When the ghee becomes hot, add almond paste to it. Keep stirring it continuously so that it does not burn.
When the paste becomes dry and pudding, turn off the gas. Serve it hot. You can also garnish it with almonds and saffron.
